Hall Rental

 Hall Rental Rates: The rate varies per size of the party. Entry times to the hall are flexible. We also require a separate cash security deposit which is fully refunded after inspection of the rental hall.

Types of Events: We are able to rent the hall for most types of events. Popular events are parties, receptions, bridal showers, baby showers, meetings, birthdays, retirement parties, military deployment, or homecoming (ask for special military rates).

Hall Capacity: The legal capacity for the hall is 100 persons. Approximately 100 people can be comfortably seated in the main room.

Dance Floor: We have a 10'x20' dance floor space.

Do we have access to the entire hall?: You will have access to the first-floor hall. Entry is through the front door of the building and or the rear. There is a bar that you can use please ask for further details. There is a kitchen available.

What's included?: We provide both round tables for seating (8 people each) and rectangular tables for serving. We also provide chairs. We have a bar in the adjacent hall that is not part of the hall rental. Please inquire within. All beer/liquor is BYO. No linens, cutlery or other party supplies are provided.

Setup: Depending on your rental date, you may be able to set up the day before. You will have access on the day of your rental for setup.

Booking: No date is considered booked until a signed contract and rental fee is received. Also cash security deposit will be required the day before your event for entry into the hall.
